William L. "Sonny" Payne's Biography
William L. "Sonny" Payne
|
William L. "Sonny" Payne has been in ministry for thirty-two years.
He was born-again at the age of 13. Sonny has pastored, travelled
in missions work, and hosted a weekly television program. He produced
and hosted three television specials from Israel which were aired
nationally in the United States. He also filmed the first television
footage ever of the archaeological excavations underneath the
Temple Mount area in Jerusalem, Israel, dating back to the times
of King Solomon.
Sonny is an author, and his book Bought With A Price, which is on the blood covenants, has been used in schools of ministry, churches, and Bible colleges. He has spent almost twenty five years studying and teaching on Israel, its history, the Temple and the blood covenants, and God's plan for Israel and the Church in these last days before the return of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Romans 11:30-31 says "For as ye (the Church) in times past have
not believed God, yet have now obtained mercy through their (the
Jews) unbelief: even so have these also now not believed, that
through your mercy they (the Jews) also may obtain mercy." Emphasis
mine. It is the job of the Church, in these last days, to take
the gospel back to the Jewish people. God is using Sonny Payne
as one of the instruments to make this happen, and you can be
a part of this great work.
Sonny is married to his wife, Reva Jo. They have two children,
Timothy Lee and Ami Elizabeth, both of which are married and have
children.
